Suggested Use:
Take 15 or 30 ml with juice or water, once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach with liquid or powdered vitamin C or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For better absorption, Agaricus blazei Murrill should be taken with 1000 mg of powdered or liquid Vitamin C.
Safety:
After more than 30 days of continuous use of dry Agaricus blazei Murrill 9g/kg/day, its safety was confirmed. The LD50 in mice was more than 3g/kg/day. It was concluded that both Agaricus blazei Murrill crude powder and extract were safe with no toxicity.
